Q: When is check-in and check-out?
A: 4 p.m. is standard check-in and 10 a.m. is standard check-out unless other arrangements are made.
Q: What is the required security deposit?
A: Cleaning/damage deposits are typically 25% of your total rental fee, with a minimum and maximum. Please refer to the property details for specifics on the property you are looking at booking. A few of our properties have a fee for linens or a nightly pet fee that is not refundable.
Q: What is the required amount down?
A: 50% of the rental fee is required at the time of booking. The balance plus the security deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival. Special discounted rates and reservations for under $500 require payment in full at the time of booking.
Q: What is the cancellation fee?
A: Cancellations received more than 45 days in advance are subject to a fee of 15% of the total rental fee. There are refunds for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival unless we are able to rebook your dates. In this case, your refund will be the amount you have paid less the above cancellation fee and any difference rental rate. PLEASE NOTE that will work with you on rescheduling your dates should an emergency arise. Contact us for rescheduling fees that may apply, depending on the advance notice, and our ability to rebook your slot.
Q: What about pets and smoking?
A: All of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside at most properties, but cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and safely, not inside the home. A few properties allow pets, subjec to specific approval. Please call to inquire.
Q: What is the minimum age to rent a vacation property through CENTURY 21 Boardwalk PMD?
A: You must be of legal age to enter into a rental contract. Lock box codes will not be issued until a copy of guest's drivers license is received, along with the appropriate security deposit.
