Located in Evart on Strawberry Lake, this home offers 6 bedrooms (plus a detached finished bunk house), 3 bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, and fully furnished kitchen. Relaxation, comfort and adventure! The multi-tiered deck system overlooking the lake is great for cookouts, watching the sunsets or even weddings with seating for up to 100 (additional event fee applies.)! This is the place where family and friends come together to make memories! Nestled on 10 acres of rolling wooded land backed up to approx. 10,000 acres of state land - hunting blind on property! Plenty of parking - you can even bring a camper or motorhome! Great for holiday vacations - New Year's, Thanksgiving or Christmas getaway. Book early for July 4th week, Memorial Weekend, and Labor Day weekend! FANTASTIC YEAR-ROUND RECREATION ACTIVITIES! Amazing fishing right on the property - trophy bass, perch and bluegills - ICE FISHING, TOO! Deer hunting (check with DNR for licenses & seasons). Turkey hunting (check with DNR for licenses & seasons). Morel mushroom hunting in the spring. Easy access to snowmobile & ORV trails (Pere Marquette trail is 7 miles in length).
Electric pontoon boat and paddle boat INCLUDED (seasonal) (NO GAS MOTORS ALLOWED). Swim platform (seasonal). Board games and playing cards provided - great for rainy days... Wood-burning fireplace with plenty of firewood on the property (10 acres).
Huge decks with chairs, BBQ grill and benches. Fire ring by the water - have a cookout or bonfire. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING indoors. 5 gallon sand bucket is provided for outdoor smoking. Small, hypoallergenic dogs considered, with $25/night pet fee.
